Built in Isight stopped working on iMac Mtn Lion 10.8.4

I've got no video on Skype, Facetime, etc. Can't seem to figure out what the issue is. Any ideas?

I will say that I went through this process before I posted, but I got distracted and never did the shut down and unplug. Did the trick.
